Service Tips!
- Pressure Nozzles or Tips are a Wear Item - A worn nozzle is a primary cause of low pressure & will cause an unloader valve to surge - Remember always check your nozzle First.
- Low voltage is a primary cause of motor and other electrical component failures. Always be sure to test under a full load & that plugs, receptacles & power cords are grounded and rated for the proper voltage.
- Apply soap products on vertical surfaces from the bottom to the top - rinse from the top to the bottom - to avoid streaking and always compare products at their end use price.
- Maintain a regiment of checking your pump oil - the cleaner the oil - the better the protection. As oil degrades with contaminants - crucial lubrication dissipates. White or Milky looking oil is a Red Flag
CAUTION that the pump needs attention.
