CAR WASH SYSTEMS

An automatic system that cleans vehicles without physical contact. High-pressure water jets and detergents remove dirt and grime while ultrasonic or optical sensors guide the wash components across the car’s surface.

PROS: Lower risk of vehicle damage since no brushes make contact with the car.

CONS: Requires stronger chemicals and higher pressure spray to compensate for no physical brushing, potentially impacting paint if used frequently.

The soft-touch systems use foam applicators or cloth-based brushes that gently touch the vehicle, helping to lift and physically scrub away grime.

PROS: More effective at removing stubborn dirt, including road film or heavy deposits.

CONS: Slight risk of scratching if surfaces aren’t properly maintained or brushes aren’t clean.

A self-serve bay allows customers to manually wash their own vehicles using wand sprayers, foam brushes, and various chemical options. They are typically coin- or card-operated.

PROS: Cost-effective and flexible; users control their wash process and options.

CONS: Requires user effort; cleaning quality varies, and maintenance of vacuums & wand systems is critical for hygiene and functionality.

Our drying systems are integrated to complete the wash process. After washing, dryers blow water off vehicles to reduce spotting and improve finish.
