Powder-coated frame w/ control box & pump
Built for durability in demanding environments, the powder-coated steel frame resists corrosion, chipping, and wear. The integrated control box and high-performance pump are securely mounted for easy access and simplified operation.
3-foot suction hose
A durable, 3-foot suction hose designed for efficient water intake. Built to withstand frequent use, it delivers reliable flow from your water source to the pump while resisting kinks and wear.
8-foot stainless-steel spray bar with 16 nozzles
The spray bar is engineered for maximum coverage and longevity. Outfitted with 16 precision nozzles, it delivers even, high-pressure cleaning across the entire undercarriage.
Shut-off valve
The shut-off valve provides precise control over water flow, allowing quick starts, stops, or adjustments during operation to improve efficiency and safety.
250-gallon holding tank
A high-capacity holding tank designed for reliable water storage & supply. Its durable construction withstands heavy use, ensuring consistent flow to the system for uninterrupted cleaning performance.
PLC controls with photo-eye and remote box
Advanced controls automate pump operation for ease of use. The integrated photo-eye sensor activates the system only when a vehicle is in position. This conserves energy and water while the remote control box provides convenient access for operation and adjustments from a safe distance.
ETL-listed control panel
Safety and reliability come standard with this control panel which is tested and certified to meet rigorous electrical and performance standards.

Flow description
- Inlet connection – Connect a fresh water supply with at least 20-PSI to the water supply tank
- Water supply tank – A 250-gallon tank with an automatic water level float valve supplies water to the system
- Water supply valve – Connects water supply tank to undercarriage wash system
- Auto flow control – Opens water flow valve when system is on, closes when off
- Photo-eye – Detects incoming vehicles and equipment and sends signal to start system
- Multistage wash system pump – A 3.0 HP, 13-stage centrifugal pump increases water pressure to 110-PSI to push through spray bar at 35.0-GPM
- Spray bar – Provides upward high impact spray for undercarriage cleaning
- Pressure gauge – Measures pump pressure to monitor system performance
- Control panel – ETL listed NEMA-4 rated corrosion-proof control panel for safe and reliable operation
